Return Policy

At BabbyGo, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return process—with just one important requirement to ensure smooth and fair handling: a return video is mandatory.


🔙 Easy Returns – With Video Proof

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. However, we only accept return requests that are submitted with a clear video showing:

  • The unboxing of the product

  • The issue (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item received)

  • The product in its original condition and packaging

Returns without a video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This step helps us verify genuine cases and maintain the quality of service for all our customers.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and the submitted video is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs may be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items returned without proper video proof

  • Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products (like diapers, baby wipes)


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original following our policy and place a new order separately.
